The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall hotel revenue through strategic sales initiatives, market expansion, client relationship management, and revenue optimisation across key business segments, including Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, Leisure, Weddings, and Banquets. The role requires a dynamic hospitality professional with strong market knowledge, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand representation.

Ensure that all the equipment of the hotel is in good working condition and all engineering-related activities are carried out efficiently through dedication and hard work. Coordinate with Housekeeping / F & B Service / F & B Prodn / FO for repair activity in out-of-order rooms and for departure checks, etc.
