His leadership qualities and down-to-earth approach in strategic planning, operational management, technology up-gradation, project implementation and administration enabled him to turn his group empire spread over Steel, Textiles, Seafood, FMCG Distribution, Education, Real estate and Hospitality.
Other than the business ventures, he is also on the governing board of social, spiritual and educational establishments, and his commitment towards Social Responsibility activities and runs various schools as part of various Charitable Trusts namely Sabari Charitable Trust.
A philanthropist at heart and believer in social responsibility, Mr. Shashi Kumar is also the Chairman of the Foundation for Ability Improvement and Technology for the Handicapped (FAITH -INDIA). It provides free education and residential rehabilitation to 180 mentally challenged children, through vocational training as well as rehabilitative services
Mr. Sarvesh has been instrumental in developing the Hospitality and the wellness divisions to the heights that it has reached today.
An Indian Yoga entrepreneur, unconventional image and interesting life choice led him to meet and train several sections of society in his life, divide his life to two parts, before and after 17 when he took up yoga seriously.
Sarvesh is the brain behind “SARVA” a consumer health digital platform build on the authentic foundations of yoga to solve 6 primary health goals , currently 100% digital, owned and operated 92 physical locations across 32 cities/ 2 countries . has diversified the business to include various formats to make this a 360 degree solution provider in the Hospitality arena.

Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working across varied industries. Skilled in Social Media with Strategy, Content Management, Brand Building, Product Management, Marketing & Corporate Communication, Campaign & Media planning, Events & Exhibitions.
Her expertise include National Marketing, designing seasonal holiday packages and various promotions supporting the brand, she has travelled across the country developing new markets
Her ability to create stunning visual narratives that showcase the best features of a space has made her an asset to the Vedic Village brand.
Ajay Unnikrishnan, graduated in Mechanical Engineering & holds a Masters in General Management specializing in Brand Management and Design Thinking from S P Jain. Additionally, he has done a Management Development Program from IIM – Ahmedabad. he has been across various functions in the Tata Group of Companies having exposure across the value chain of Power Industry, Distribution and Consultancy.
His experience in the Energy, Distribution, Wellness, Textiles and Professional Beauty Industries having managed Operations, Procurement, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Culture Building, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Excellence and Corporate Sustainability functions during his career.
Over the years, he has successfully managed turnaround and change management in several key organizations, set up High performance teams in the Wellness industry delivering customized Yoga sessions to a large customer base in Chennai and Bangalore, established an independent Distribution company catering to over 3000 salons in South India from concept to benchmark performance standards.
Conceiving, developing and executing strategies and initiatives that drives revenues, growth, competitive market positioning, profit and shareholder value are what drives him for Vedic Village Hotels & Resorts.

He has emerged as a strong professional with over 34 years of experience in Hotel operations associated with brands like The Taj, Oberoi’s, Jaypee, Lemon Tree and Citrus Hotels. Holds a Commerce degree from Madras University and Diploma in Hotel Management.
His wide experience in hotel operations, strategic planning, Project/Renovation management, Business Development, Training & Development, budgeting, marketing and guest relationship management. Opening hotels, banquets, revenue management, feasibility studies, setting up standard operating procedures and delivering maximum impact through effective decision making.
He currently heads Vedic Village Hotels and Resorts Management and business development and founder of The Vivien Hotels & Resorts.
Chef Prasad is a renowned Executive Chef in the hospitality industry. His core competency has been in creating traditional flavors with a modern touch, Pioneer in menu engineering, Kitchen designing, inventory management and maintenance of a hygienic environment in the kitchen.
His rich extensive experience over 20 years in Culinary Operations and Team Management will include his association with brand like Leela Hotels, Le Meridien Hotels, ITC Hotels and Crowne Plaza, Graduated in Hotel Management with Culinary as his specialization, developed as guest lecturer and chef for various Culinary and Hospitality Management Institute. His vast knowledge made him to envisage as independent Kitchen / model designer to customize his concepts.
Constantly, he has been on the forefront to reinvent his skills, inspired to build upon his vision, providing exemplary tastebuds, comprehensive guest experience lead him as amazing team player.
